A holiday calendar will ensure that no calls are directed during holidays. You can follow these directions to set your holiday calendar:

  • Go to ‘Call Flow’ under Settings tab 


  • Click on ‘Add New Rule’ in Before Answer Rule


  • Select ‘Voicemail’ from the Action drop down menu


  • Mention the time slot for the same


  • Select ‘Date’ from the Time Slot and mention tomorrow’s date


  • Click on ‘Save’ to complete the action
