Fallback rule is when a call is not attended to and will be diverted to the default rule.

Here is how you can set the Fallback Rule on your SuperReceptionist Panel:

  • Login to your SuperReceptionist Panel

  • Go to "After Answer" in "Call Flow" under "Settings" tab and click on "Edit"

  • Click on "Yes" for "Enable Fallback rule" under "Action Settings"
