You can only use SuperReceptionist services on your mobile number. There are two ways in which you can use your own number as a display number:

Call forwarding: In this case, you will be provided with a virtual number on which you will have to set up call forwarding from your personal number. This will allow calls landing on your personal number to get re-routed to the online panel. From there, the calls get routed to agents added in the call settings. 

In order to make outbound calls, you will have to add your own number as an agent, and then, use the SIP mode to ensure that your number is displayed on the receiver’s phone.

Please note: The use of call forwarding may incur additional costs as per your telecom provider’s user agreement with you. Also, using the SIP mode on your SuperReceptionist panel will incur additional costs.

Number Porting: You can use Mobile Number Portability (MNP) to transfer your ownership of the number to Knowlarity. Once the number has been transferred, we can set up the SuperReceptionist service on that number as per normal procedure. If you choose to stop using our services, you can post a request for the number to be ported back to you.

Please note: MNP is a Value Added Service provided by us and incurs additional charges. Once the services expire, you can request for the transfer of ownership of the number back to you within 60 days of the expiry of the plan.
