You can follow these steps to ensure SMS notifications are enabled:

  • Login to your SuperReceptionist account 

  • Go to ‘Settings’ - Select ‘Call Flow’ 

  • Click on the ‘Edit’ button against the rule for which you need to enable notification 

  • Toggle the ‘Enable Notifications’ button to ‘Yes’ 

  • Select the template for the caller from the drop down list 

  • Click on ‘Save Rule’
