You can follow these actions to configure rules and create your IVR flow:

  • Login to your SuperReceptionist account, and navigate to 'Settings' tab - Select the ‘Call Flow’ tab, and click on ‘Rules’ 
  • In the Before Answer section, you can upload the welcome and call transfer sounds 
  • In the After Answer section, you can define extensions and hold sounds 
  • In the Default Answer section, you can set fall back rules for Phone, Voicemail, Sound, SMS and Email Notifications 
  • Select the ‘Agents’ tab to add call transfer agents 
  • Select ‘Sounds’ to upload the welcome sound-extension sound and hold music recordings 
  • SMS and email templates are maintained in the ‘Template’ section 
  • Customised CRM integration can be done in the ‘Hook API’ section
