You can follow these actions to enable email notifications:

  • Login to your SuperReceptionist account 


  • Go to ‘Settings’ - Select ‘Call Flow’ 


  • Click on the ‘Edit’ button against the rule for which you need to the enable notification 


  • Toggle the ‘Enable Notifications’ button to ‘Yes’ 


  • Enter the email ID to which the notification has to be sent 


  • Select the template for the success and failure alert from the drop down list based on your requirement and click save.
