To enable Click-to-Call, our outbound facility directly through URL or to add the widget on your site, please follow the following steps:
Login to your SuperReceptionist account
Go to ‘Settings’
View ‘Plan Settings’ and click on Click-to-Call Widget
a) Choose whether you want to directly provide a number for Click-to-Call or select from the existing list of agents.
b) Once the number or agent(s) is provided, you can click ‘Generate’ url. You can integrate this link(url) on your website.
