The possibilities are endless with custom on-hold music. Make the most of this feature to translate on-hold time into lead nurturing opportunities for your business. You can play the brand's tone or even a customized theme related to your next campaign during call transfer.
Simply go to 'Settings' and upload the sounds you wish to play under the tab 'Sounds'.
Then go to 'Rules' under 'Call Flow' and edit the phone rule under 'Before Answer' if you wish to upload the custom hold sound before the call gets connected to your agents. If you wish to customize the hold sound after the call has been connected to the agents, proceed to edit the 'Phone' rule in 'After Answer'.
Under 'Action settings' in the Phone rule, go to 'Hold Sound' and upload your personalized hold music.
Ans voilà! You're ready to play your very own hold music to greet all your callers.
