What's more, they can even connect with your agents via your default IVR flow.
How does it work?
Once you've added the WebRTC ClickToCall widget on your website, a customer who has landed on that webpage will see a call icon. When clicked, this icon will initiate a call according to the IVR configuration for your SuperReceptionist account. Currently this feature is only supported in the Chrome and Firefox browsers.
What's more, callers will also be able to use DTMF options to navigate his way through the IVR from within the browser.
