My logs are not getting updated?

All your web and mobile app call logs will be updated in the Calls section in the mobile app. To update your call logs, you can refresh the call logs screen by pulling down the screen.
All the screens (Scheduled Calls, Contacts and Call Logs) have the Pull to Refresh option.
At times you might wonder that even after refreshing why my call logs are still not updated. This is because, due to the ineternet connectivity you might face a delay in the call logs getting updated. In such scenarios we recommened you to try again after sometime. Still no result?
