Once you have successfully defined the number of tries for each number, you will need to  specify the minimum time between the tries. This will define the time gap between the attempts to contact a customer.

The minimum time between trying to contact a customer the next time is defined by you while creating an order. It is important to define this parameter to ensure that the system retries a number in case of a previously failed call. This is set to 15 minutes by default, however, you can change it as desired.


We strongly recommend keeping a substantial gap between tries to increase your chances of successful attempts.

Please note: Increasing this time will increase the overall processing time for the order.
