Once you have purchased the caller-id number you are all set to initiate an outbound call with your own personal caller-id number. to know more how to puchase caller-id number click here.

In you Super Receptionist account click on the Click-to-Call widget and follow the below mentioned steps:

1) Select the SR number.
2) On selecting the SR number, the caller-id numbers that are available specific to the SR number location will be available in the drop-down.
3) Select the caller-id number from which you want to call your customers.
4) Select the agent and add the customer number.
5) Click on the Call button to initiate the call.

The caller-id number is also available in case you initiate a Click-to-Call from the following screens:

1) Insights
2) CRM
3) Call Logs
