Yes, you can change your SuperReceptionist account's c2c settings to start hearing telephony operator's sound in agent-leg.


Follow these simple steps to update your c2c server settings.

  • Go to 'SETTINGS' tab in your SuperReceptionist account.

  • Go to 'CALL FLOW' sub-tab.

  • Select the Plan for updating plan-settings, and go to 'PLAN SETTINGS' tab.

  • Go to 'CLICK TO CALL SERVER CONFIGURATION' settings. Set the value to 'Yes', to start hearing to telephony



Now, your agents will be able to hear telephony operator sound, being played by caller's telephony operator. This information would help you in understanding if your end-customer is busy attending another call, or other statuses of your end-customer.
