Virtual numbers - or display numbers as they are also called, can be chosen both before and after signing up for our services. However, the availability of the number is completely dependent on the telecom operators.
If you are an existing user, you can pick a new virtual number of your choice from within your SuperReceptionist panel. To learn how to do that, click here. You can also choose a virtual number while purchasing a new plan.
Please note: In case the virtual number you pick is a fancy number, it could incur additional charges. The costs depend on the type of number you select. Additionally, the request for a special number before the activation of the plan can delay the delivery time of the solution for some time as the requested number would need to be acquired and activated before services can be activated on the number.
