SuperReceptionist is a personal reception hosted virtually in a cloud telephony environment. If you are using SuperReceptionist for your business, you can integrate it with Vtiger(hosted) to capture leads along with phone numbers directly from your Vtiger account.


SuperReceptionist connector in Vtiger allows you to:


  • Track incoming calls from customers

  • Create Leads and Activity with phone numbers

  • Merge phone numbers with existing customer details

  • Direct incoming calls from customers to respective Vtiger owners

  • Make outbound calls using Click-to-Call feature

  • Track outbound calls


Prerequisites:


  • vTiger(hosted) version supported is version 6.4.0 only.

  • You must be a User of your Vtiger account

  • Your SuperReceptionist panel should be in Premium Plan to make use of SuperReceptionist integrations

  • Vtiger IP should be visible over internet to receive events from SuperReceptionist

  • This integration only works with hosted installation and admin access

  • Your Vtiger plan supports telephony integration

  • You are using Knowlarity’s SuperReceptionist service which is configured and active


Procedure:


1.Get your SuperReceptionist Virtual Number


  • Login to your SuperReceptionist account to get the Virtual Number

  • Your SuperReceptionist phone number is your Virtual Number



2.Enabling Vtiger

  • Navigate to ‘Settings’

  • Click on ‘Integration’

  • Select ‘Enable Now’ below Vtiger


  • Fill up the required information in the corresponding fields

  • Login to your Vtiger account or create an account here: www.vtiger.com

  • Select the SuperReceptionist number which is provided to you

 


  • Enter the domain name as shown on the title bar



3. Get the Access key

  • Click on Username

  • Select ’My Preference’ and scroll down


  • You can get the username from User login and Role

  • Copy and paste the username on Vtiger configuration field



  • Copy and paste the Access key on Vtiger configuration field


  • Click on ‘Enable’


  • Vtiger is now configured and ready to be accessed

  • Visit Vtiger website

  • Select ‘Leads’

  • Activities will be generated once the caller calls on your SuperReceptionist number


  • To view activities for a particular lead, click on the lead

  • Click on ‘Activity’ on the right hand side of the screen


 


  • Now you can view the activities created for a particular lead





4. Install Knowlarity plugin into your Vtiger application

  • Once you add Knowlarity Phone, go to ‘New Terminal’

  • Visit your Vtiger CRM to enter your username and password


  • In your Vtiger account. go to ‘ALL and select ‘Add/Manage Modules’



  • The Module Management window will display on your screen

  • Scroll down and click on ‘Install from Zip

  • Install Knowlarity Plugin from the ZIP file

  • You can download the ZIP file from here: Phone.zip


  • Click on ‘Browser’ to extract the file


  • Extract the ZIP file ‘KnowlarityPhone-1.0.zip’


  • Once the ZIP file is extracted, select the checkbox to accept the disclaimer

  • Click on ‘Import’


  • Knowlarity Phone will be installed on Vtiger




  • After installing, go to All->Tools->Click on KnowlarityPhone    



  • Click on Create KnowlarityPhone.


  • Enter Knowlarity API Key and Knowlarity Number and Knowlarity Account name. You can give any name as Knowlarity account name.


  • Click on ‘Knowlarity Notification’

  • A notification window will display on your screen

  • You can enter Knowlarity;s Business Number and Agent Number

  • click on ‘login’


 


  • Go to leads

  • Click on ‘call’ and the call will be placed to a particular customer



Important: Please note that if an agent receives a call or when customers make a call to your SuperReceptionist number, the plugin will automatically notify the incoming call.
