            How do I integrate SuperReceptionist with Nimble?

            SuperReceptionist is a personal reception hosted virtually in a cloud telephony environment. If you are using SuperReceptionist for your business, you can integrate it with nimble (hosted) to capture leads along with phone numbers directly from your nimble account.

            SuperReceptionist connector in nimble allows you to:

            • Track incoming calls from customers

            • Create contacts in Nimble for every new call

            • Create tasks with phone numbers for every call

            • Merge phone numbers with existing customer details

            • Direct incoming calls from customers to respective Nimble owners


            • You must be an Admin User of your Nimble account

            • Your SuperReceptionist panel should be in Premium Plan to make use of SuperReceptionist integrations

            • This integration only works with hosted installation and admin access

            • Your Nimble plan supports telephony integration

            • You are using Knowlarity’s SuperReceptionist service which is configured and active


            1. Get your SuperReceptionist Virtual Number

            • Login to your SuperReceptionist account to get the Virtual Number

            • Your SuperReceptionist phone number is your Virtual Number

            2. Nimble configuration

            • Navigate to Settings

            • Select Integration

            • Click on ‘Enable Now’ to configure Nimble

            • Click on ‘NIMBLE CRM’


            • Login to your Nimble account

            • Click on ‘Authorize’

            • Enter the SuperReceptionist number and click on ‘Enable’

            Important: You can access Nimble by logging into your account to check the Integrations. To create a task for incoming calls go to ‘Tasks’ and Activities. It will display the sample ticket.


            • When customers call your SuperReceptionist number, a task will be generated

            • When a new customer calls to your SuperReceptionist number, a contact will be created automatically
